Working alongside therapists, SEN specialists, and mental health professionals, you'll develop a strong understanding of how to support young people with additional needs in a specialist setting.\n\nAs an Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Mental Health - Hemel Hempstead, you will support students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop independence, and re-engage with education.\n\nAbout the School\n\nSpecialist SEN setting supporting approximately 55 students\nSmall class sizes of 6-8 learners\nHighly supportive and collaborative staff team\nAccess to Occupational Therapists, Specialist Teachers, and external professionals\nA holistic approach to education, wellbeing, and developmentRole Details\n\nPermanent position\n£21,000 per annum\nMonday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm\nSeptember 2026 start\nHemel HempsteadThis Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Mental Health - Hemel Hempstead position provides invaluable experience for graduates seeking a career in psychology, education, therapy, or mental health services.
