You will work closely with developers, architects, contractors, and homeowners to provide professional guidance and inspections throughout the construction process.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nCarry out site inspections to assess compliance with Building Regulations and relevant legislation\nReview plans, specifications, and technical submissions\nProvide clear technical advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders\nPrepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records\nSupport projects from initial application through to completion certification\nEnsure high standards of customer service and professional conduct at all timesRequirements\nMust be a Registered Building Inspector (RBI)\nMinimum classification: RBI Class 2A\nStrong knowledge of current Building Regulations and construction practices\nExcellent communication and report-writing skills\nAbility to manage workload independently and efficiently\nFull UK driving licence preferredWhat We Offer\nSalary up to £65,000 depending on experience\nHybrid working arrangement\nTypical working pattern of 4 days on site and 1 day working from home\nFlexible working hours to support work-life balance\nSupportive and collaborative working environment\nOpportunities for professional development and progressionInterested?
