Commercial Gas Engineer\n\nLocation: Hull\nSalary: Up to £52,000 per annum\nHours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm\nType: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nOur client, a leading national Facilities Management provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their established team covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Hull and the surrounding areas.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected FM business that offers long-term stability, a great work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule, and genuine opportunities for career progression.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial gas systems across a varied portfolio, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.\n\n * \n\n Service, fault-find, and repair commercial gas appliances and associated plant.\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and rectify faults on heating and hot water systems.\n\n * \n\n Complete all relevant compliance documentation and service reports.\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.\n\n * \n\n Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1).\n\n * \n\n Current ACS certifications including relevant commercial modules.\n\n * \n\n Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services maintenance.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence.\n\n * \n\n Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.\n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £52,000 per annum.\n\n * \n\n Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm).\n\n * \n\n Company van and fuel card.\n\n * \n\n Overtime opportunities.\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme.\n\n * \n\n Ongoing training and professional development.\n\n * \n\n Stable, long-term career with a leading FM organisation.\n\nIf you're an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a reputable Facilities Management company, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nApply today with your up-to-date CV for immediate consideration
