Hestia 's Coproduction team, work alongside people who use Hestia 's services , staff teams and volunteers to  collaborate and empower people to take control of their recovery journey. Alongside our service users' volunteers are at the heart of our organisation and play a key role in our Coproduction team. Hestia is an award-winning accredited organisation , who has received their third renewal of Investors in Volunteering Accreditation .  About the role   To lead and coordinate forums for staff and service users, facilitate workshops of best practice and develop resources to embed coproduction within Hestia's operational services.  To set up processes and systems for Hestia's coproduction work to feed into our organisational KPIs. To facilitate opportunities for service users to have two-way discussions with Hestia's Directorate and Board of Trustees. Some of the key responsibilities are; Leading on the coordination of coproduction across the organisation with a focus on supporting staff across all levels to deliver coproduction at a local service level. To line manage the Coproduction Coordinator, who role is to support the Coproduction Manager to engage service users and staff across Coproduction networks and forums. To line manage the Engagement and Satisfaction Coordinator, whose role is to design, coordinate a range of activities through which Hestia centrally gathers feedback from service users on the quality of services. This includes mechanisms such as satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, consultations, focus groups, suggestions and complaints. The objective will be to maximise the feedback opportunities offered to service users across the organisation. This role reports to Head of Volunteering and Coproduction and will work closely with Directorate and Trustees to identify emerging themes, barriers, and insights into how Hestia coproduces with their service users at a local level. Setting up processes and systems across the organisation for service user's experience of coproduction and involvement to be reported and captured to feed into organisational key performance indicators. Coordinate forums for service users and staff across our operational services to collaborate sharing coproduction best practice, facilitating training and workshops, development of toolkits and increased communications on how staff at all levels can access support on how to coproduce with service users. Set up drop ins and surgeries to support our operational management team to discuss concerns, problem solve and provide advice and direction. Responsibility to create a forum for service users to have meaningful two-way communication between Directorate and Service Users through The Better Lives Forum. This process takes place four times a year. About you Experience of delivering coproduction programmes and projects with service users and people with lived experiences such as domestic abuse, modern slavery, mental health, and older people. Ability to establish relationships with a wide range of stakeholders such as service users, staff across all management levels from those delivering support directly to our service users to Directorate and Trustee level, community, and corporate partners. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly, assertively, and sensitively, working with a wide range of people at all levels both in writing and verbally. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and mind-set Ability to motivate and inspire others to transition from service users' involvement to coproduction. Numerate with experience of preparing and managing budgets.
