An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer (minimum 4 years PQE) to join a busy and growing in-house legal team.

Working as part of a dynamic organisation undergoing continued expansion, this role offers the chance to support corporate growth initiatives, particularly through M&A activity. You will play a key role in advising on acquisitions and wider corporate matters across both UK and international operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Supporting business growth through legal input on strategic initiatives
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Assisting with a variety of corporate matters across UK and international operations

✅ Experience Required

• Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE
• Strong background in corporate law, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in M&A transactions
• International experience is desirable but not essential
• Highly adaptable with strong attention to detail
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
• Comfortable working within a varied and evolving workload
