Sales / Customer Service Representative\nBased in WF6 (Wakefield)\nHours: 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday\nSalary: £26,436 per annum\n\nOur client is a manufacturer of domestic appliances, supplying both trade customers and the general public through their website, eBay and Amazon. They are looking for a Sales / Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support and assist with sales enquiries, orders and after-sales service.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Handling customer enquiries via phone and email\n\n * Processing sales orders and supporting order dispatch\n\n * Assisting customers with delivery queries and after-sales support\n\n * Managing complaints and resolving issues efficiently\n\n * Liaising with warehouse staff and delivery carriers\n\n * Supporting account managers and general office administration\n\n * Providing product advice and identifying upselling opportunities\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n * Excellent communication and customer service skills\n\n * Strong problem-solving ability\n\n * Good numerical and organisational skills\n\n * Able to work well within a team\n\n * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred\n\nThis is a permanent role and Concept Recruitment are acting as an introductory service.
