Customer Support Officer\n\nLocation: Warrington\n Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9:00-17:00)\n Pay Rate: £14.65 - £17.03 per hour- dependant on experience\n Contract: Temporary (minimum 3 months, with potential to extend)\n\nOverview\n\nWe are seeking a friendly and adaptable Customer Support Officer to provide comprehensive support within a busy programme environment. This is a varied and engaging role, ideal for someone comfortable managing a wide range of queries and working with different stakeholder groups.\n\nThis position is initially to provide holiday cover, however, there is potential for extension as the organisation progresses through a new strategy.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAct as the first point of contact for a variety of enquiries\nHandle queries from parents, participants, schools, and local authorities\nProvide guidance and practical advice \nDirect enquiries efficiently to the appropriate teams where needed\nSupport with expedition-related queries and general programme information\nManage and maintain accurate records, including handling sensitive data\nTake calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner\nAssist with general administrative and customer support tasks\n\nPerson Specification\n\nEssential:\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nFriendly, approachable, and confident manner\nStrong attention to detail and organisation skills\nAbility to manage a high volume of varied enquiries\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nAble to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyDesirable:\n\nExperience in a customer support or customer service role\nExposure to education, youth programmes, or outdoor-based environments\n\nCompliance & Requirements\n\nRight to Work in the UK must be verified\nReferences will be required \nAdherence to confidentiality agreements\n\nAdditional Information\n\nFull training will be provided\nInterviews will be conducted in person\n\nApplication Process\n\nPlease submit your CV for consideration.
