About the Service / Department The Digital Experience team at Hestia are responsible for co-designing, implementing and measuring the digital initiatives that make a real difference for the people we support. It could be a survivor of domestic abuse, modern slavery or mental health challenges. You'll support with the creation and delivery of content that will make a real difference for our service users. You'll be responsible for making vibrant and engaging content across web, video, and email. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a range of high priority projects for the organisation. About the Role Supporting with a range of content creation which could involve design, copywriting, video creation and content coordination Leading on content development for a range of high priority digital projects, including our online mental health and wellbeing platform and our domestic abuse app Helping to coordinate content across the organisation for our email comms to service users Creating content and templates on MailChimp Creating and editing content for web Adapting content and communications to suit service users with specific needs About You Strong communication skills and the ability to find the best way to connect with people and find the message that will resonate Good writing skills and you understand how to write concise and engaging content for web You have a natural eye for what looks good, specifically for online formats Excellent attention to detail. You'll be the person that notices the small details that other people may have missed Results orientated and you thrive off getting results from your work, testing and learning as you go Creating content for a range of different digital platforms, including CMS, social media and email Editing videos (even if it's just on your social media!) to make engaging and digestible content Creating designs for digital platforms. We'd love this to be on Figma, but it's not essential Measuring the results of digital content and communications Coordinating content across different stakeholders and advising on best practice Please note if offered a role with Hestia, you will be issued a conditional offer based on satisfactory references and a Basic or Enhanced DBS check.
