The Director, Examination Development will manage the processes and activities necessary to develop the CFA examinations and certifications. The position works with internal staff members and external question writers dedicated to producing valid exams and reliable assessments to ensure candidate mastery of the knowledge, skills, and abilities targeted by the curriculum readings. In conjunction with other members of the team, this role implements a cohesive exam design across all CFA Institute credentialing programs. The position contributes directly to the mission of setting the highest standards of education and to the primary strategic objective of protecting and building the CFA brand.

\nIn compliance with the New York City salary disclosure law, the anticipated base salary for this role in NewYorkCity will range between $117,000 and $197,000. Salaries are determined based on candidate relevant experience and skills, as well as internal equity.
