Hours:up to 37.5 hours contract
Salary: £25,525.50 per annum (£13.09 per Hour) plus benefits

What Youll Need
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence

What Youll Be Doing
  • Bringing structure and support to everyday life
    From morning routines to winding down at night, youll be helping people feel confident, calm, and ready for each day.
  • Creating fun, person-centred moments
    Together, with the people being supported ,youll plan activities that spark joy, build skills, and boost wellbeingbecause every day should include something to look forward to.
  • Shaping truly personalized support
    Youll play an active role in developing tailored support plans that reflect each persons goals, preferences, and aspirations.
  • Building meaningful, therapeutic relationships
    Your presence, patience, and encouragement will make a real difference in someones lifesupporting them to grow, thrive, and feel heard.
  • Keeping thoughtful and accurate records
    Every detail matters. Youll ensure support notes are clear, reflective, and person-centred, helping us provide the best possible care.

Registered as The Royal School for the Blind, SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK. We recently celebrated our 225thanniversary, having pioneered specialist support across multiple generations since 1799!
We specialise in supporting people who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, who may also have sight loss. Our support ranges from providing person-centred support across our many supported-living and residential care provisions. Furthermore, we provide specialist eye-care services to children and adults alike andassists people with a disability to find paid employment for the very first time.

Safer Recruitment
