Global Mobility and Compliance Manager London hybrid/remote £35k-£45k FTC Global Mobility and Compliance Manager London hybrid/remote Contract £35k-£45k FTC You will be joining a global recruitment solutions company to manage their global mobility functions, and be responsible to build a compliance piece for their internal recruitment process. The role of the Global Mobility and Compliance Manager will be responsible for coordinating and organising VISAs across boarders, including; US, UK and Australia. You will also be coordinating the recruitment processes for candidates, whilst ensuring all compliance and payroll maintained at a high standard. Responsibilities include: Coordinating travel requirements for contractors Coordinating accommodation for contractors Organising VISAs Suggesting improvements for mobility processes Building relationships internally and externally Negotiating with suppliers Managing immigration Payroll processes Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
