Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Your new company A global investment management firm involved in innovative and sustainable investments with the aim of protecting and enhancing clients' assets. Your new role You'll join as part of the Investment Platform across the EMEA market, in line with Asset and Investment Management business areas which you'll have sole contribution. You'll have a supported administrator, whilst you map the market across Europe, liaise with the senior leadership team and develop the process of recruitment across the business. What you'll need to succeed You will need 8+ years of experience working within the Asset management market in order to effectively deliver in this space (Respectfully please only apply with this experience). You'll be experienced in developing the TA process and ideally, have project experience (ED&I, EVP etc). Overall, your experience should lend itself to the private markets and ideally, EMEA focus. What you'll get in return This is a 12 month FTC role with potential to become perm. Salary brackets 70 - 90k based on your experience + benefits of a permanent employee + hybrid working.
