JOB SPEC: Window Sill Seal Fitter (Multi-Trader / Carpenter)

Role Overview:Fitting aluminium seals / draught profiles onto window sills across the site. Requires neat cutting of aluminium extrusion, drill/fixing into sills, and applying high-grade external sealants to prevent weather ingress.Key Requirements:

• Trade Background: Experienced Window Fitter, Carpenter, or high-end Multi-Trader (Must have proven experience working with window systems/seals).
\n
• Tools Required: Full kit including chop saw (with aluminium/non-ferrous blade), cordless drills, SDS, spirit levels, mastic guns.
\n
• Tickets: Valid CSCS card (Blue Skilled preferred) & full PPE.
\n
• Attributes: High attention to detail, clean finish, reliable.
