In this newly created role, you will report to the Quality & Governance Director to create regulatory frameworks that will support continuous improvement and define the compliance strategy for the business. Leading a newly restructured team, you will apply your leadership skills to develop and support the growth of the regulatory and compliance team. You will shape high quality decisions using a sound judgement against our strategic priorities. As an influential leader, you will build collaborative and proactive relationships with internal stakeholders to support how quality and governance is viewed in our business. In addition, you will establish strong working relationships with key external stakeholders, inclusive of the MHRA, CQC and GPHC to ensure LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare adhere to all regulatory requirements.
