HR Business Partner

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting frontline management, driving people initiatives, mitigating people risks and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice. The role will also lead and support Learning & Development initiatives, including apprenticeships, management development and operational training programmes to support workforce capability, succession planning and employee development across the business.\nSkills required:\n * Proven experience within a generalist HR, HR Business Partner or People Partner role.\n * Strong employee relations experience with the ability to independently manage cases.\n * Experience supporting multi-site operational environments.\n * Experience partnering with operational managers and senior stakeholders.\n * Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.\n * Experience supporting payroll processes and HR administration.\n * Demonstrable experience developing and delivering Learning & Development initiatives.\n * Experience conducting training needs analysis and delivering operational training programmes.\n * Experience coaching and developing managers within operational environments.\n * Experience managing apprenticeship or emerging talent programmes.Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.\n * Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.\nDesirable Experience:\n * Experience using behavioural profiling tools such as DISC.\n * Previous experience using Cezanne HR or similar HRIS platforms.\nSkills & Competencies\n * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.\n * Commercially aware with a pragmatic and operational approach to HR.\n * Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.\n * Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n * Confident delivering training and presenting to operational teams and managers.\n * Resilient, adaptable and solutions focused.\n * Strong coaching and mentoring capability
