IT ANALYST / DEVELOPER    SUMMARY OF ROLE Job title: IT Analyst/Developer   Reports to CEO   ROLE DETAILS Company IT help desk  Product creation in Teamwork - setting up all new inventory items in Teamwork pulling data from various sources so full details are with each product. Liaison between the business, Teamwork and Zedonk. Key person and link for system and data flows. Investigation errors, both code and system technical. Feeding back to and working with appropriate parties to fix the issues. Weekly report creation / data warehouse update- pulling data from various sources (Teamwork, Sage, Shopify etc) to pull data into one source. From this data reports are created for use by Merchandising (sales analysis/inventory allocations etc), retail (inventory reporting) and finance (wholesale reporting/EON/ licencing info etc) Cost of Goods maintenance in Teamwork - updating and maintaining CoGs in Teamwork relative to Zedonk. General points of contact for Merchandising/ Production/ Finance for any data integrity issues and queries System development and improvements - seeking and working to improve data flow processes with a view to save manual effort in the business.  Creation of manuals so business users can become more self-sufficient IT Helpdesk    REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will posses the following characteristics: Strong computer skills Analytical Detail oriented Good team player Confidential Calm, professional, sense of humour Ability to handle pressure Dynamic  Full time position with Monday-Friday in Office
