We’re looking for a motivated, organised and ambitious person to join the team at Ingard Financial as a Junior Case Mangager You don’t need years of experience, just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn. What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting advisers and the operations team with client cases
• Uploading and checking documents
• Keeping systems and records updated
• Chasing lenders, solicitors and clients for information
• Helping ensure files are accurate and compliant
• Tracking cases from application through to completion
• Learning how the mortgage and finance industry works

No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy and working as part of a team.

• Have good communication skills
• Are confident using computers and Microsoft Office
• Can manage tasks and deadlines effectively
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Want to build a career rather than “just a job”

• Office or admin experience
• Customer service experience
• An interest in mortgages, property or finance
