WHAT YOU'LL DOThis position acts as an ambassador for BCG on compliance standards and risk management within the London, Amsterdam & Brussels (L-A-B) office system. Demonstrating the highest standards of compliance behaviour and raising awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance policies.You will work closely with the L-A-B Compliance manager to support BCG on regulatory aspects across the whole business, ensuring best practice and adherence to BCG policies and procedures. You have a key role in maintaining compliance of several administrative processes by performing checks and actively monitoring compliance and escalating where needed.The role will support the L-A-B office system.You will: Monitor compliance and perform controls in several financial and operational risk areas. Duties include, but are not limited to:• Work closely with the L-A-B Compliance manager who drives the L-A-B Risk & Compliance agenda on topics such as but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Code of Client service, Antibribery and Corruption, Fraud, Insider Trading, KYC and KYS, Data privacy, Data Management, Information Security, etc• Work together with the Global and Regional Compliance teams on compliance topics such as implementing controls and risk management processes, set policies and standards• Performing administrative tasks with regards to the Risk audit such as updating the risk review platform• Act as BCG's internal Information policy guardian to safeguard BCG's and Clients data and procedures by actively monitoring and tracking employees progress and performing quality checks• Monitor local employee compliance with BCG's Insider trading policy• Corporate governance of filing requirements• Query management of basic employee’s compliance questions• Performing other projects and duties as assigned by the L-A-B Compliance manager.YOU'RE GOOD AT• Understanding of the consulting business, and the nature of work BCG does• A ‘can do’ attitude, pro-active, accurate and organizedYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in compliance/ or other risk management discipline such as audit, fraud examination, quality control, risk analysis• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Experience of working within a Professional services firm desirable• Commitment to confidentiality required• Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication)YOU'LL WORK WITHMembers of our risk team develop and implement strategies for identifying and managing significant risk exposures at BCG.
