Learning Support Assistant - Full Time\n📍 Hertfordshire\n🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm\n📅 Term Time Only\n\nWe are currently looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. This is a full-time, term-time-only position supporting children and young people within a school setting.\n\nThe role will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a child and/or supporting students within the classroom, during break times, and throughout the school day. Some students may have additional needs, while others may simply require extra support during class time.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProviding 1:1 support for individual students\nSupporting pupils within the classroom environment\nAssisting during break and lunchtime activities\nEncouraging positive behaviour and engagement\nSupporting students with additional needs where required\nHelping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience working with children or young people is preferred\nA caring, patient, and positive attitude\nAbility to work well as part of a team\nMust hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one💡 A DBS refund can be provided after 20 days of successful working
