This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping pupils with their learning, confidence, and classroom engagement.\n\nThe school is looking for a patient, proactive practitioner with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to support young learners of varying abilities.\n\n📌 CONTRACT DETAILS\n\nLocation - Chelmsford\n\nPosition - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)\n\nType of work - Classroom support & 1:1/Small‑group assistance\n\nStart date - ASAP\n\nDuration - Ongoing / Long‑term\n\nFull time/part‑time - Full time\n\nMinimum rate of pay - £100-£120 per day\n\nHours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm\n\n📚 EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS\n\nExperience working with children in a school or childcare setting\n\nUnderstanding of classroom support strategies and differentiation\n\nUp‑to‑date Safeguarding training (desirable)\n\nStrong communication and relationship‑building skills\n\nA positive, supportive approach to learning\n\n✔️ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:\n\nHold Right to Work in the UK\n\nHold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one\n\nProvide two professional child‑related references\n\n💼 OTHER INFORMATION\n\nIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with an up‑to‑date CV.
