HI London - Regents Park The Opportunity We are looking for a team player who is a problem solver and wants to be part of a growing team. We are looking for someone with a “can-do “attitude and relentless drive to achieve excellence. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will ensure that the hotel is kept in excellent condition. From checking fire alarms  and minor repairs completed in a quick manner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within the hotel. You will need to make sure that the upkeeping of all areas is clean and tidy. All tasks need to be carried out to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety legislation. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will take responsibility for the management and performance of the department. Ideal Candidate You will already be a pro with tools and will have experience in performing day-to-day maintenance As Maintenance Team Member you will have experience in one or more building trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/ decorating, or general building maintenance.
