Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer\n\nCity of London & Home Counties\n\n£45,000 + Van + Benefits\n\nMonday to Friday\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a large, well-established FM company covering commercial sites across the City of London and surrounding counties.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team working across prestigious contracts within a stable and professional environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\nYou’ll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.\n\nKey duties include:\n\n• Service, maintenance, and fault finding on AC systems\n\n• Working on split systems, VRV/VRF, FCUs, and AHUs\n\n• Reactive repairs and breakdown response\n\n• Supporting wider building services maintenance where required\n\n• Completing reports via CAFM systems\n\n• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and F-Gas regulations\n\nRequirements:\n\n• F-Gas qualified\n\n• Strong experience within commercial HVAC maintenance\n\n• Experience working within FM/building services environments\n\n• Good fault-finding and diagnostic ability\n\n• Full UK Driving Licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n• £45,000 salary\n\n• Company van & fuel card\n\n• Large, reputable FM provider\n\n• Stable contract portfolio\n\n• Overtime and progression opportunities
