Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing and Mechanical maintenance to the following.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n\nLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)\nEmergency lighting\nAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)\nChillers - Reset\nWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)\nPlumbing - Unblocking toilets\nPumps, motors\nWater Treatment\nBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)\nUPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings\nHours of work / Rate / contract details\n\nMonday - Friday\n8am - 5pm \nMust be available to start on the 27/05 or 28/05 for a handover\nUp to £27p/h\nCovering 6 Residential sites - 3 in South London ( Camberwell / Clapham ) and 3 in North London ( Finchley / Finsbury Park )\nVan Included ( must have valid drivers license with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons )Requirements \n\nMechanically / Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc \nMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificates\nA proven track record in commercial / Residential building maintenance\nGood communication skills\nClient Facing \nValid DBS Certificate \n\n If you are interested please email your CV to (url removed) at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
