• \nCompetitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

• \nGuaranteed Overtime: Opt-in for guaranteed overtime after your first month, earning £30 per hour for extra days worked.

With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and tools at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality work and keep our members moving safely and confidently.

\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\n

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
\n
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
\n
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
\n
