\n\nYour Impact as a Nursery Practitioner\n

In this role, you will:

• \nCreate a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
\n
• \nLead Engaging Educational Activities: Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
\n
• \nBe a Key Person in a Child’s Journey: Oversee children’s development, address care needs, and build strong, trusting family connections to support their learning both at nursery and at home.
\n

\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Hive\n

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
\n
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
\n
• A deep understanding of child development, applying your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive.
