Onboarding Administrator

About the Department   Hestia's Human Resources Operations team is based in Aldagte, City of London. We are a small but highly professional and closely knit team. Fully aligned to the purpose and needs of the organisation, we work in a fastpaced, flexible, resolution focused and person centred way. About the role To provide an efficient onboarding experience, to facilitate a seamless transition from job offer to employment ensuring that both candidates, and the organisation, To deliver an efficient and professional services in a customer services environment. This is a permanent onsite role providing a professional and timely service, as well as creating a warm and friendly environment where new hires are welcome to the organisaiton from their first interaction.  About you   Experience of compliance and onboarding gained within a similar sector. Experience of developing and maintaining relationships internally and externally. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Strong IT skills including experience and ability to work in Excel & Word. ATS & HRIS experience desired. Strong customer services and administrative skills Be able to work under pressure and deliver a high-volume workload. Demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work. Attention to details is a must.
