If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, authentic manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!\n\nShift Pattern & Training\n\nThis role offers an excellent work-life balance with a predictable, repeating schedule.\n\nThe Shifts: Permanent night shifts operating on a 4 on, 4 off rotation.\n\nHours: 12-hour shifts from 18:00 to 06:00 (6:00 pm – 6:00 am).\n\nTraining Period: To ensure you succeed, your first week will consist of a dedicated training schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.\n\nTop-Tier Pay & Attendance Bonus\n\nHourly Rate: £12.71 per hour\n\nPunctuality Bonus: Boost your income by an extra £50 per week just for being reliable!
