Property Litigation Solicitor (8 years PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join my clients team in their Manchester offices on a hybrid basis.\n\nMy clients specialist property litigators regularly advise national and international clients on the full range of property disputes, including:\n\n• Matters relating to commercial property and mixed-use schemes\n• Landlord and tenant issues, including rent arrears, break notices forfeiture and lease renewals\n• Service charge disputes\n• Dilapidations claims\n• Landlord and Tenant Act 1954\n• Insolvencies\n• Breaches of contract\n• Professional negligence\n• Possession of land claims\n• Trespass and unlawful occupation\n• Party wall disputes\n• Overage and coverage disputes\n• Repossessions\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Managing a full caseload of matters\n• Supervising junior team members\n• Supporting the wider team and business objectives.\n• Solid understanding of property law and experience across a wide range of matters.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years of PQE.\n• Have a proven track record in client care at a level appropriate to your experience.\n• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.\n• Interest in developing inter team / firm and client relationships\n\nShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.\n\nPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
