Application Development Specialist - Qube PM / Qube PM Developer / Qube Developer PERMANENT / FULL TIME HYBRID - HODDESDON The role will be based between your home and our office in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire (EN11 0DR); however, there may be the requirement to travel to other RMG locations. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Qube PM Developer to join our team. As a Qube PM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our various Qube PM platforms to meet the organisation's needs. Your expertise in both Qube's functions and its development will contribute to optimizing our business processes whilst ensuring out legislative compliance. Develop and customize Qube bespoke workflows and functionalities to meet business requirements. Design and implement custom screens, reports and SOAP integrations. Advise on best practice of the Qube PM platform across all modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse user requirements and provide technical recommendations. Create and manage data migration and integration processes between Qube PM and other systems. Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging of Qube PM and bespoke functionality and modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, security, and system performance. Provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, support, and enhancements to the Qube PM platform. Stay up-to-date with Qube PM updates, new features, and best practices. What are we looking for? Proven experience as a Qube PM Developer, with an excellent understanding of functionalities across all modules Experience of working with Texton, pSystem, ECStract 2 & 3. Excellent understanding of Qube PM data model, security model, and platform limitations. Experience with integrating to third party applications i.e. Salesforce using REST and SOAP API's. Knowledge of setting up, maintaining Qube Web Services. Knowledge of JSON and XML formats. Knowledge of the Import module and it use. Knowledge of both data Machine and Microsoft database's essentials Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
