Relationship Manager

A client of ours in the Earls Colne area is recruiting a Relationship Manager to join their growing team ASAP. This is a temporary-to-permanent position working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £12.71 - £14.35 per hour depending on experience (£28,000 per annum), with the opportunity to earn up to an additional £10,000 per year through commission.\n\nYour key duties in this Property Relationship Manager role will include but are not limited to:\n\nMaintain regular client contact and oversee your own team\nManage client pipelines across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations\nRecommend solutions to achieve the best outcomes for clients\nDevelop strategies to increase revenue and meet targets\nBuild and nurture relationships with key accounts\nEnsure clients are aware of the full range of services offered\nCross-sell into other areas of the business as required\nMonitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching\nSupport onboarding of new clients and maintain accurate records\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries promptlySkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:\n\nPrevious experience in account management, sales or client relationship management\nEstate agency, property sales, sales negotiator, valuer or senior negotiator experience would be highly advantageous\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills\nOrganised, structured and IT literate (Office 365)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environmentGreat benefits to working for this company include:\n\nCompetitive commission scheme with realistic OTE earnings of up to £10,000 per year\nMonday to Friday working hours - no weekends\nBirthday off and additional annual leave after 3+ years of service\nPension contributions and business mileage reimbursement\nTeam social events, client functions, and annual Summer and Christmas parties\nOn-site parking\nSupportive and professional working environment with opportunities for progressionIf you feel you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Relationship Manager position, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch. #accountsjobs
