Retrofit Construction Project Manager

You will also play an important role in identifying and resolving delivery risks, supporting smooth project progression across multiple stakeholders and contractors.\n\nThe role combines technical oversight, project management, and stakeholder engagement, requiring a strong understanding of retrofit principles, building performance, and PAS 2035 processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Manage multiple retrofit projects from design coordination through to installation and handover\n\n * Ensure full compliance with PAS 2035 and coordination with PAS 2030-certified installers\n\n * Oversee project programmes, budgets, and delivery timelines\n\n * Conduct site visits and quality assurance checks\n\n * Act as main point of contact for stakeholders including residents, contractors, and design teams\n\n * Support delivery of low-carbon measures including insulation, ventilation, and heat pumps\n\n * Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues promptly\n\n * Maintain accurate reporting and compliance documentation\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential\n\n * Experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of PAS 2035\n\n * Experience working with PAS 2030 installers\n\n * Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nKnowledge\n\n * Low-carbon technologies and building fabric improvements\n\n * Understanding of construction quality assurance processes\n\n * Awareness of UK housing and retrofit standards\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * 36 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)\n\n * 10% pension contribution\n\n * Hybrid working (2 days WFH)\n\n * Flexible hours\n\n * Training & development programme\n\n * EV salary sacrifice, cycle-to-work scheme, health cashback plan
