Sales Executive

Overview: West London Jaguar Land Rover 44 hours per week Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week (+ Sunday on a rota) Salary: basic £25,000 OTE £50,000 Following a busy first half of the year we're super excited to be looking for 3x new Sales Executives to join Lookers West London Jaguar Land Rover. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and driven to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide Lookers first class customer service. Joining our hard-working sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skill to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, you will also work with a luxury industry leading brand Jaguar Land Rover, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs; Responsibilities: Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person Achieve sales targets, achieving minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade, ideally with a luxury high end brand is preferred. You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you will be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
