Description: Senior Chef de Partie - The Pem Restaurant  Salary up to £36,420 (Basic salary\: £15.50/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £4,500 - £5,000) and on top of the salary overtime paid – based on a 39-hour week The Pem  is Sally Abé’s Ayala Chef of the Year signature restaurant, dedicated to the pursuit of culinary excellence using the best of local British ingredients. Regular training's Ensure all food preparation meets standards Prepare and present high quality food Supervise staff Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus Assist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures What are we looking for?
