Our rapidly growing team is looking for IT SOX Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with IT team in all regions to drive remediation of IT ControlsBe a point of contact on best practice controls design and operation of IT controlsSupports theIT teams in control identification, design, implementation, and testing. Monitors results of IT SOX self-assessment testing and reporting, ensuing accuracy of the reporting and appropriate response by the IT team to potential control weaknesses.Oversee and manage testing and quality over IT control operation, including automated controls, interface controls and IPE controlsSupport the Director of Internal Controls and SOX Compliance in reporting to Finance & IT Leadership the status of controlsSupport the scope definition and design of IT Governance FrameworksDesigning and conducting IT risk assessments over ERPs, cloud-based applications, databases etc.Lead SME conversations and technical conversations on IT controls.Quality assurance over remediation and IT controls testing programmes including automated controls and IPE testing.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEAn advanced working knowledge of SOX and command of IT SOX / internal controls are expected.Understanding of traditional and emerging technology domainsSeveral years' experience in an IT SOX role such as supporting IT SOX assessments for external audits, consulting on IT SOX concepts, or in execution of IT SOX testing across a variety of corporate environments and IT systems is preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (or equivalent) is required.Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent is expected.Extensive practical experience with IT controls for SOX 404 is required.ABOUT ECARXECARX (Nasdaq: ECX) is a global mobility-tech company partnering with OEMs to reshape the automotive landscape as the industry transitions to an all-electric future.
