Join us on our journey as we give our members the freedom and support to push boundaries in their industries, and work to redefine our own.About the RoleWeWork is currently seeking a Senior Manager for Franchise Technology Delivery to oversee the deployment and transition process for Franchise and Partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Technology Solutions, Franchise and Partnerships , you will collaborate closely with the Franchise Operations team, the regional & territorial technology teams and local leaders to understand, manage and support technology transition and implementation for franchise and partnerships. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Create and maintain an operating level of excellence for Tech within the Franchise Operations teamsResponsible for the technology transition processes, planning and execution for franchise and partnerships Partner with the Global Technology team to coordinate and align technology transition for systems, infrastructure, accounts and contractsWork with internal and external technology stakeholders to ensure transitions are done to the correct procedures and information security requirements Work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand their specific needs and issues, and translate these needs to Solutions Architects, for process improvementPartner with Technology Solutions and Franchise Operations to ensure seamless service transitionDrive process creation to streamline and improve delivery of franchise and partnerships projects Provide detailed executive updates on the state of Franchise and Partnerships projects  Collect feedback both internally and externally on technology standards to provide assessments and recommendationsResponsible for cost management of Technology project spendProvide guidance, mentorship and training to team members to develop their careerQualifications:          Preferred Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Information TechnologyExperience managing technology projects Excellent organizational, supervisory, collaboration and analytical skillsMust have excellent communication skills – verbal and writtenMust be willing to travel and spend periods of time on-siteDemonstrated leadership and personnel management skillsWho you are:Someone who is ready and willing to solve cognitively demanding & complex problems at a rapid paceGets happy and excited that no two days are the sameCommitted to continuous improvement and optimizing productivityAble to articulate complex theories in concise and clear languageIs flexible and willing & able to adapt as the business needs evolve & growLife At WeWorkBeing a WeWorker is more than just a job.
