About the Role

At Butlin's, we believe in the power of ‘Getting Stuck In’, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who share this value! This is a dynamic role where you’ll engage with both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

\n\n

Your journey will start with our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the chance to dive into larger-scale activities and sports, including:

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department.

\n\n

No two days will be the same! You’ll gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

Working Conditions

\n\n

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

\n\nAbout You\n\n

While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for crafting memorable moments for our guests.
