Standard Compliance Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly ethical Director of Corporate Ethics to join our team. The Director of Corporate Ethics will be responsible for developing and implementing ethical standards and policies across the organization, ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate ethics principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement ethical standards and policies that align with the organization's values and objectives.Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical issues and decision-making processes.Develop and maintain effective communication channels for reporting ethical violations and concerns.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, HR, and compliance, to ensure that ethical standards and policies are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor and investigate ethical violations and concerns, and recommend appropriate actions to address them.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and the board of directors on ethical-related issues and trends.Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry associations and regulatory bodies, to stay up to date with changes in ethical standards and policies.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in ethics, business, law, or a related field.10+ years of experience in corporate ethics, including experience in a management role.Strong understanding of corporate ethics principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with legal and regulatory compliance required.Strong leadership and team management skills.ABOUT ECARXECARX (Nasdaq: ECX) is a global mobility-tech company partnering with OEMs to reshape the automotive landscape as the industry transitions to an all-electric future.
